Welcome to Oasis Dog Grooming by Olivia Mae. I'm dedicated to providing exceptional care for your pets, and these policies help me ensure a safe, smooth and professional experience for everyone. Please review them to help me maintain quality service.

Flea Policy: Zero Tolerance

My strict no-flea policy protects all pets and prevents infestation in my salon, vital for every dog's health and safety. If fleas are discovered during an appointment, i will stop grooming immediately. This policy protects your pet and others in my shared grooming space.

Pre Grooming Check

I inspect all dogs for fleas before grooming begins

No Service for Active Fleas

I will not groom dogs with active flea infestations

Reschedule After Treatment

Please treat your dog and reschedule once fleas are eliminated

Payment Terms

To ensure smooth transactions and fair service for all clients, please familiarize yourself with my payment policies. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge for the missed appointment.

Payment Due

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered

Accepted Payment Methods

I accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee

Health and Behaviour

Dogs must be healthy enough to safely complete the grooming process

If a dog is know to struggle during grooming, a muzzle must be provided by the owner

For safety reasons, overly aggressive dogs may be refused service, as this is a one person salon with no additional assistance

Matted Coats

Severe matting requires extra time and care, incurring additional charges

De-matting can be painful and stressful for pets; I prioritize their comfort and may recommend shaving

Matted coats often hide skin issues or parasites, which will be addressed upon discovery

Cancellation Policy

As a one person salon, appointments are carefully scheduled. Cancellations impact my ability to serve other waiting customers and their pets.

24+ Hours Notice

25% cancellation fee applies

Same Day Cancellation

50% of grooming fee charged

No-Show

100% of full grooming fee due

For emergencies or rescheduling, please contact me as early as possible to accommodate other clients

Punctuality Policy

To maintain my schedule and ensure each pet receives their full dedicated grooming time, timely arrival is essential

On-Time Arrival

Please arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time

Late Arrival (15+mins)

May result in rescheduling or a late fee, as it impacts subsequent appointments

Early Arrival

I may not be ready to accommodate you. Please wait or inform me
